１階は旦那様ご趣味のガレージ空間、２階はパブリック、３階はプライベート空間。
法的そして構造の厳しい諸条件をクリアさせながら、
敷地の欠点が利点へと昇華することを目指しています。

The house is built in pentagon-shaped site of difference in height surrounded with 2 to 5m retaining walls on four sides.
First floor is the garage space which is a hobby of husband, second floor is public, and the third floor is private space.
Our aim is to sublime the defect of site into assets by clearing legal and structural stringent conditions.
